精梳机锡林轴变形问题的解决

摘    要:为了解决制造精梳机55钢锡林轴进行调质处理后变形大、校直难的问题,分析了55钢与F45MnVS钢的化学成份、机械性能及金相组织,试验证明采用非调质钢F45MnVS钢制造的锡林轴精度高、变形小,达到了设计要求,且利于降低能耗,满足精梳机锡林高钳次运转需求。

Abstract:In order to find the solution to the deformation and difficult straightening of the cylinder shaft of steel 55# of the combing frame after the quality regulation,analysis is done to the steel 55# and steel MnVs regarding the chemical contents,mechnical performance and the Metallographic Structure.It proves with the test that the cylinder shaft of steel F45 MnVS is of good precision,small deformation in conformity with the design with less energy consumption,consequently catering the high speed performance of the combing frame with intensive nips.
