摘    要:针对麦草高得率制浆废液中有机物的活泼性羟基等进行季铵化改性,并对改性条件(如pH、醚化剂用量、时间、温度及改性产物的浆内添加量)进行了正交实验,考察应用于OCC废纸浆浆内添加后成纸的物理性能,探究改性产物的颗粒电荷需求量及对细小纤维首程留着率的影响。结果显示,季铵化改性的最佳工艺条件为:pH11,醚化剂用量30%(对绝干废液固含量),反应时间2h,温度70℃;当改性产物浆内添加量提高到12%时,成纸的各项物理强度性能均有明显的增强,且对提高浆料的细小纤维留着率有着积极的作用。
