| 摘 要： | 介绍了非过程元素在造纸循环过程流中的危害,非过程元素富集的原因.探讨了非过程元素在不同原料和未漂浆中的含量.用 EDTA和 CaSO4螯合预处理的方法研究非过程元素对氧脱木素和纸浆粘度的影响,结果表明非过程元素尤其是 Ca元素的大量存在对纸浆有很大影响.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the harms of Non Process Elements(NPEs)in process stream of paper mill are introduced,the reasons of the accumulation of NPEs is also been mentioned.The contents of NPEs in different raw material and unbleached pulp are discussed.After the study of NPEs' influence on oxygen deligninfication and viscosity of pulp with EDTA and CaSO4 chelation treatment,the results indicated that the existence of NPEs,especially Ca have a remarkable influence on pulp. |
