| 摘 要： | 分析压力过滤器的工作过程和控制方法及要点,针对一般控制方法中的白液密度和乳液流量不稳定的问题,提出了基于串级控制的白泥浓度控制方案。稳定了白液密度,提高了工作效率。

| Abstract: | Pressure filter is a part of the alkali reclaiming system,with efficient production of the pressure fliter,it can make high quality white liquor and good conversion rate of the raw materials.The whole process can be efficient.During the process,the most significant factor is the production instability and the density of white liquor.This paper introduces the working process of the pressure filter and control method,and aiming at the usual techniques disadvantages,it puts forward a new method of utilizing the cascade control system to accomplish the purpose.This control system realizes the white liquor density automatic control,and work efficiency improved. |
