冻干松茸粉中总砷及无机砷的含量测定

摘    要:目的测定冻干松茸粉中总砷及无机砷的含量。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)、原子荧光光谱法(atomic fluorescence spectrometry,AFS)、液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(liquid chromatography with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,LC-ICP/MS)3种方法分别测定松茸中总砷及无机砷含量。结果ICP-MS、AFS测定冻干松茸粉中总砷含量分别为71.7、0.556 mg/kg,LC-ICP/MS测定冻干松茸粉中无机砷含量为0.0114 mg/kg。结论冻干松茸粉中砷主要以有机态存在,且不同检测方法以及前处理方式都会对实验结果产生影响。

Abstract:Objective Tricholoma matsutake as a kind of rare and precious wild fungus, in order to study the common reason of total arsenic exceeding in matsutake . Methods The content of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in the Tricholoma matsutake on market was determined by 3 methods of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) and liquid chromatography with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LC-ICP/MS).Results The total arsenic content in the f reeze-dried matsutake powder was 71.7mg/kg and 0.556mg/kg by ICP-MS and AFS, and the inorganic arsenic content in the freeze-dried matsutake powder was 0.0114mg/kg by LC-ICP/MS. Conclusion The results showed that arsenic in freeze-dried Tricholoma matsutake powder mainly existed in organic state, and different detection methods and pretreatment methods would affect the accuracy of the results.
