基于HACCP的农产品基地种植与流通环节质量安全监控——以杨桃基地为例

本文采用分析危害和控制关键点(hazard analysis critical control point,HACCP)体系,以杨桃基地为例,对农产品基地生产与销售环节质量安全重点危害因子展开分析,确定了关键控制点,新建了农产品基地质量安全管控体系,并在实际应用中提出了管控建议,以提高农产品基地产销过程质量安全。

Based on the principle of hazard analysis and key control points, this paper takes the carambola base as an example to analyze the key hazard factors of quality and safety in the production and sale of agricultural products base, and determines the key control points, in order to improve the quality and safety of the production and marketing process of the agricultural products base, the quality and safety management system of the agricultural products base was established.
