摘    要:随着经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,食品安全问题越来越受到人们的关注。在现代农业生产中,化学肥料的使用,为保证粮食稳产、高产等做出了重要的贡献,但粮食品质下降、生态污染、食品安全等一系列问题也随之显现。发展有机农业,生产安全、健康的绿色食品成为我国乃至世界农业发展的趋势。作为一种新型肥料,生物有机肥在粮食作物、经济作物、林业生产和园林绿化等领域均受到人们的重视。本文主要介绍了生物有机肥的功能微生物,论述了生物有机肥检测方面的问题和对食品质量安全等的影响,希望生物有机肥在减少化肥污染、改善生态环境、确保食品质量安全等方面发挥更好的作用。

Abstract:With the rapid development of economy and the straight elevation of the people''s living standard at present stage, the food safety problems have attracted more and more attention. In the modern agricultural production, the usage of chemical fertilizers makes an important contribution to ensure stable grain production and high yield. But the decline of food quality, ecological pollution, food safety and a series of problems also appears. As the development of organic agriculture, the production of safe and healthy green food is the trend of China and the world agricultural development. As a new type of fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer in food crops, cash crops, forestry production and landscaping and other areas are subject to people''s attention. In this paper,we mainly introduced the functional microorganisms of bio-organic fertilizer, discussed the problems of bio-organic fertilizer testing and the impact on food quality and safety. Bio-organic fertilizer will play a better role in reducing fertilizer pollution, improving ecological environment and ensuring food quality and safety.
