| 摘 要： | 目的建立动物血浆中克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺、沙丁胺醇的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。方法采用乙酸铵缓冲液酶解提取血浆中的目标化合物,提取液经混合阳离子交换柱净化,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(ultra performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry)多反应监测模式检测,内标法定量。结果克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺、沙丁胺醇回收良好,线性相关系数均大于0.99,测定低限均为0.5μg/kg。结论该方法适用于动物血浆中克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺、沙丁胺醇残留的检测。
