铅胶体金免疫层析试纸条研制及其在小龙虾中的应用

摘    要:目的 利用胶体金免疫层析技术对重金属铅检测试纸条进行研制,并探究其在小龙虾样品中的应用。方法 使用胶体金和重金属铅单克隆抗体制备免疫探针。优化反应体系,构建重金属铅免疫层析检测试纸条。验证该试纸条的检测限、特异性、准确性和稳定性,并对小龙虾样品进行检测。结果 所研制的重金属铅胶体金免疫层析试纸条的检测限为6 ng/mL,检测时间为15 min。该试纸条可特异性识别铅,而对其他常见重金属无交叉反应。结论 本实验研制的试纸条性能良好,能够准确判定小龙虾中重金属铅是否超标。

Abstract:Objective To establish the test strip of heavy metal lead ions based on colloidal gold immunochromatography technology and explore its application in Procambarus clarkii samples. Methods colloidal gold and anti-lead monoclonal antibody were used to prepare the immune probes. Optimized the reaction system and constructed immuno-colloidal gold chromatographic test strip for lead ions. The detection limit, specificity, accuracy and stability of the test strip were verified, and the Procambarus clarkii samples were detected. Results The detection limit of the developed immuno-colloidal gold chromatographic test strip for lead ions was 6 ng/mL, and the detection time was 15 min. The test strip could specifically recognize lead ions, and had no cross-reaction with other common heavy metals. Conclusions The test strip developed in this experiment has good performance and can accurately determine whether the lead ions in Procambarus clarkii exceeds the standard.
