基于专利数据库的治疗围绝经期综合征中药复方用药情况分析与探讨

目的建立治疗围绝经期综合征的中药复方专利数据库,探讨和分析专利中的用药情况,为相关中药产品的研发提供参考。方法检索并筛选国家知识产权局中国专利公布公告网站中的授权专利,采用Microsoft Excel 2015建立中药的数值化表达数据库;采用SPSS Statistic 25.0对中药的四气五味、归经和功效进行统计分析,对高频中药进行系统聚类分析和主成分因子分析;采用SPSS Modeler 18.0对高频中药进行关联度分析。结果纳入专利122件,筛选得到15味高频(频次≥25)代表性中药,"四气"以寒、平、温为主,"五味"以甘、酸、辛为主,归经以肝、肾、心和脾经为主;聚类分析得到3类中药组合,主成分分析提取得到6个公因子,关联分析共得到9项关联规则,7种核心中药组合,涉及9种核心中药。结论治疗女性围绝经期综合征的中药复方专利常以补虚、安神、清热、收涩和利水渗湿类中药组合,通过以肾为中心的心、肝、脾整体共治配伍之法,达到平衡阴阳、补养气血的治疗目的。

Analysis and Discussion of Utilization of Chinese Herbal Compounds in Treatment of Perimenopausal Syndrome Based on Patent Database

Objective To establish a patent database of Chinese herbal compounds for treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and analyze and discuss the drug utilization in the patents,so as to provide reference for the development of related Chinese herbal products.Methods The authorized patents published in the website of China Patent Publication and Announcement of the State Intellectual Property Office were searched and screened.Microsoft Excel 2015 was used to establish the numerical expression database of Chinese herbs in patents;SPSS Statistic 25.0 was used to analyze the four Qi and five flavours,meridian distribution and efficacy of Chinese herbs,and systematic cluster analysis and principal component factor analysis were carried out for Chinese herbs with high application frequency;SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to analyze the correlation degree of Chinese herbs with high application frequency.Results Total 122 patents were included.There were 15 kinds of representative high-frequency Chinese herbs(cumulative frequency≥25).Cold,flat and warm were the main Qi,sweet,sour and pungent were the main flavours,and liver,kidney,spleen and heart were the main meridian distributions.Three kinds of Chinese herbal combinations were obtained by cluster analysis,six common factors were extracted by principal component analysis,nine association rules and seven core Chinese herbal combinations involving nine core Chinese herbal combinations were obtained by association analysis.Conclusion The traditional Chinese herbal compound patents about the treatment of female perimenopausal syndrome often use the combination of Chinese herbs with efficacy of restoring vital energy,relieving uneasiness of mind,clearing heat,astringency and removing dampness and promoting diuresis.It can balance yin and Yang and nourish Qi and blood through the kidney centered method of treating heart,liver and spleen as a whole.
