用DJS-A提高酒精出酒率的研究

摘    要:DJS是一种具有特殊性能和用途的液体,将它应用于生物工程方面,显示出了很好的使用价值。利用DJS-A取代玉米酒精生产中的生产配料用水做了实验,各工艺条件与自然水作为生产用水时完全一致。实验中DJS与自来水作平行试验进行对比,72h时其出酒率高于自来水对照组8%-9%。

Abstract:DJS is a kind of liquid with special qualities and proposes, which shows excellent applicable value when it is applied to bioengineering. This work is concentrated on substituting producing component water with DJS-A in the production of alcohol which produced by cotton, while all processing condition are totally the same as tap water is used. DJS was compared with tap water during this experiment. In 72 hours, the yield of alcohol by using DJS is 8 %~9 % than by using tap water.
