摘    要:对德阳生产白酒的理化质量进行调查,找出德阳地区所产白酒的主要质量特征,并对造成其中部分产品不合格的原因进行分析,为白酒生产企业的质量控制和质量改进提供建议。

Abstract:The physiochemical indexes of liquor made in Deyang were studied to sum up its main quality characteristics and to analyze the factors inducing unqualified liquor products.Furthermore,the advices on quality control and quality improvement for liquor-making enterprises were put forward.
