| 摘 要： | 探讨BHFA299型精梳机使用性能.阐述了BHFA299型精梳机结构特点和技术规格,对分离接合定时、速度、给棉长度、顶梳工艺配置等进行了试验与优选,并与E7/5型精梳机进行了质量对比,分析了CJ 14.5 tex品种成纱质量状况.结果表明:在280钳次/min的速度下,BHFA299型精梳机棉结、杂质排除率和短绒排除率、精梳条条干等质量指标均优于E7/5型精梳机指标.

| Abstract: | Usage property of BHFA299 comber was discussed. Structural property and technology specification of BHFA299 comber were introduced. Timing of separation and joint,speed,feed cotton length,top comb processing et al were tested and optimized,combed sliver quality was contrasted to E7/5 comber. Finish yarn quality of CJ 14.5 tex was anlaysed. The result shows that under 280 nips per minute,quality indexes of neps,impurity eliminating rate,evenness of combed sliver all better than that of E7/5 comber. |
