有机导电纤维抗静电织物设计及性能测试

摘    要:介绍了有机导电纤维与棉型涤纶短纤维混纺织物的设计,并对织物进行了抗静电性能测试。有机导电纤维混纺织物的抗静电性能与有机导电纤维的含量和织物组织结构有关,有机导电纤维的含量高,抗静电性能好;斜纹组织的抗静电性能优于平纹组织;纬向密度对抗静电性能影响较大,经向密度对抗静性能有影响,但影响不大。

Abstract:The design of organic conductive fibre and cotton type staple polyester blended fabric is introduced, and fabric antistatic performance is tested. The author gets conclusion: the antistatic performance of organic conductive fibre blended fabric has relation with the content of organic conductive fibre and the fabric texture. The more content of organic conductive fibre, the better antistatic performance. The antistatic performance of twill weave is superior to that of plain weave. The weft density has more effect on antistatic performance, but the warp density has a little.
