圣麻及其与涤混纺纱性能测试

摘    要:为了探讨圣麻纤维的服用舒适性,对圣麻纤维的强伸性能、摩擦因数、吸湿性能等进行了分析,并进一步分析了sag/涤纶50/50 18.5 tex纱的有关性能,与涤纶/棉50/50 18.5 tex纱进行了对比.圣麻与涤混纺纱染色后断裂强力下降,伸长率增加,影响织物的手感及服用性能;吸湿的瞬间快速性,说明最终产品具有良好的吸湿功能;圣麻涤纶混纺纱的急弹性回复率、缓弹性回复率均略小于涤棉混纺纱,说明圣麻纤维的弹性比棉纤维略差,其织物抗皱性能亦比棉纤维织物略差.

Abstract:To discuss wearing characteristic of Shengma fiber, strength and elongation, friction factor, moisture adsorption and so on of Shengma fiber were analyzed, and property of Shengma/polyester 50/50 18.5 tex was analyzed, and compared with that of polyester/cotton 50/50 18.5 rex. Single yarn breaking strength of Shengma polyester blended yarn is reduced after dyeing, and the elongation rate is increased, dyeing can influence its feeling and wearing characteristics, Quick instantaneous moisture absorption shows the finished goods will have better moisture absorption, quick elastic recovery and delayed elastic recovery of Shengma polyester blended yarn are lower than that of polyester cotton blen- ded yarn, it shows that Shengma fiber has worse elasticity than that of cotton fiber, and its fabric crease resistance is worse than that of cotton fabric too.
