| 摘 要： | 开发用于管理细纱车间生产的制造执行系统。通过对纺织企业细纱车间的生产管理特点的分析,结合MES的管理理念,对系统的体系结构、数据流程、主要功能模块进行了设计,并阐述了MES与ERP及下位机控制系统之间的关系,MES与ERP系统的集成技术、MES与下位机的通信技术。指出:该系统实现了计划层和控制层之间建立起沟通的桥梁和纽带,为细纱车间提供快速反应及精细化的生产管理系统,有助于提高产品质量和劳动生产率、降低资源能源消耗,实现先进制造的管理要求。
