| 摘 要： | 探讨FA322B型并条机加工Modal品种的使用效果。介绍了FA322B型并条机的主要技术特点及规格,在FA322B型并条机生产Modal 14.8 tex品种时,进行了加条少条及匀整开关试验。试验表明,FA322B型并条机可降低条子长、短片段不匀和成纱重量CV,改善熟条条干,提高成纱质量。

| Abstract: | Application effect of Modal product on FA322B drawing frame was discussed.Main technology features and specifications of FA322B drawing frame were introduced.Autolevel test and adding or reducing sliver test were carried out when Modal 14.8 tex yarn was produced on FA322B drawing frame.The test shows that sliver long-term and short-term irregularity,finish yarn weight unevenness could be reduced,drawn sliver evenness could be improved and yarn quality could be increased. |
