PTT纤维的性能测试与分析

摘    要:为探讨PTT纤维的性能特征,系统对比分析了PTT纤维、PA纤维、PTT/PET纤维、PTT/PBT纤维以及高收缩PET纤维共5种纤维的拉伸性能、回弹性能、卷曲性能及沸水收缩性.试验表明,PTT纤维具有优良的弹性回复率,PTT/PET纤维、PTT/PBT纤维的的卷曲性和沸水收缩性能比PTT纤维更为优异,认为在今后PTT纤维的研究中可以尝试对其结构改进,以更好发挥其性能优势.

Abstract:To study property of PTT fibre, tensile property, elastic resilience, crimpability and boiling shrinkage of PIT fibre, PA fibre, PTT/PET fibre, PTT/PBT fibre and high-shrinkage PET fibre were contrasted and analysed systematically. The test shows that PTT fibre have better elastic recovery ratio, crimpability and boiling shrinkage of PTT/ PET fibre and PTT/PBT fibre are better than that of PIT fibre. It is considered that structural modification of PIT fibre could be researched in future so as to develop its advantage fully.
