| 摘 要： | 探讨后固定盖板根数对生条质量的影响。采用USTER AFIS单纤维测试仪对不同后固定盖板根数条件下所加工的生条进行了质量检测,结果显示:总体上在加装4根后固定盖板时,生条中纤维的损伤较小;随着后固定盖板根数的增加,棉结去除的效果越来越差;总体上加装4根后固定盖板时对杂质的去除效果较好,加装6根~8根后固定盖板时对杂质的去除效果较差。总体上看,梳棉机加装后固定盖板时根数不宜过多,以不超过4根为好。

| Abstract: | Effect of carding machine back stationary flat numbers on card sliver quality were discussed.Quality of card sliver produced by different carding machine equipped with back stationary flat of various numbers were tested in USTER AFIS single fibre tester.The result shows when installing four back stationary flats,fibre injury of card sliver is less in general.Effect of neps removal becomes worse when increasing back stationary flat numbers.In general effect of impurity removal is better when the back stationary flat numbers is four,the effect is worse when the back stationary flat numbers is 6 to 8.As a whole,it is not appropriate for carding machine to install more back stationary flat and it is better to be not more than 4. |
