摘    要:建立了用ICP-MS法测定食品中硒的检测方法。使用微波消解的方法对样品进行前处理,减少了处理过程硒的损失。运用ICP-MS对消化液进行分析,选取Ge作为内标元素进行外部校正的方法。并对照分析了标准物质。校正曲线的相关系数为0.999 9。回收率在89.5%~98.0%之间。相对标准偏差1.87%~3.62%(n=6)。

Abstract:A method was developed for the determination of the Se in the Soybean by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Calibration with Ge as the internal standard was used.The samples were digested using amicrowave oven.The results of the analysis of reference material were compared with certified values.The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was 0.9998,there coveries in the 89.5% ~98.0% range,the relative standard was 1.87%~3.62%(n=6).
