摘    要:粮食在储藏过程中,低温储粮技术的应用能够起到保质保鲜作用,还能抑制虫霉污染,减少化学药剂使用,符合绿色、节能、降损的储粮理念。针对中国低温储粮技术现状及未来发展趋势,介绍低温储粮的几种关键技术和应用效果,探讨几类低温储粮组合技术的实仓效果,归纳低温储粮具有发展潜力的新能源和新技术,提出符合不同地域气候特色的低温储粮技术。旨在为中国低温储粮技术的发展及推广提供参考。

Abstract:In the process of grain storage,the application of low-temperature grain storage technology can not only play a role in preserving quality and freshness,but also inhibit insect and mildew pollution and reduce the use of chemical agents,which is in line with the concept of green,energy saving and loss reduction.According to the current status and future development trend of low temperature grain storage technology in China,several key technologies and application effects of low temperature grain storage are introduced;The actual warehouse effect of several types of low temperature grain storage combination technologies is discussed;New energy and new technologies with potential for development in the future are summarized;Low-temperature grain storage technology that meets the characteristics of different regional climates is proposed.A reference for the development and promotion of low temperature grain storage technology in China is provided.
