颜料涂布纸油墨吸收性能影响因素的讨论

探讨了颜料涂布纸油墨吸收性的影响因素，结果表明，在一定的范围内，随着GCC量的增加，瓷土片状结构的有序性被打乱了，涂层的孔隙率增加，利于油墨的吸收性的增强；在瓷土／重钙的比例一定的情况下，随轻钙份数的增加，油墨的吸收性增加；随着胶乳用量的增加，涂层表面成膜性增强，孔隙率减少，油墨吸收性降低；涂料中加入一定的淀粉后，油墨的吸收性明显提高；涂布量的增加会使涂层的结构更加紧密，油墨的吸收性会随着涂布量的增加而降低。但是涂布量的增加，条痕等纸病会带来油墨吸收性的升高。

Study on factors influencing ink Absorption of coated paper

Factors influencing ink absorption of coated paper were studied in this article. The experiment showed that K＆N value increased and the sheet of clay was changed with the increasing ratio GCC;K＆N value increased with creasing the ratio ofPCC; K＆N value decreased and porosity of coated surface reduces with increasing latex content of the coating;K＆N value increased with the dosage of starch increasing.Ink absorption decreased and coating structure became compact with coating weight increasing,but K＆N value may increase because of some defect.
