| 摘 要： | 本文研究了一种简单的用硅藻土固定猪胰脂肪酶的方法。选择合适的pH、酶量及温度 ,脂肪酶固定量可达 10 2 0U/g。用于棕榈油甘油解合成单甘油酯时 ,固定化酶热稳定性比游离酶好 ,使用寿命长 ,具有一定的应用潜力

| Abstract: | Immobilization of lipase with earth was studied.The temperature,concentration of lipase and pH for the adsorption of lipase were determined.The lipase immobilized reached 1020U/g and had better heat stability comparing with free lipase.The immobilized lipase was used to synthesis Monoglyceride.The reaction conditions such as temperature,ratio of glycerol to palmitic acid was optimized and the immobilized lipase can be used repeatedly. |
