摘    要:为了探讨含氟聚合物在亚麻织物上的应用效果,以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04)为改性单体,丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为软、硬单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,采用半连续种子乳液聚合制备氟改性的丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液,并将其用于整理亚麻织物。利用红外光谱仪、透射电子显微镜、粒径分析仪、接触角测量仪等对产物结构与性能进行表征与分析,探讨经其整理后亚麻织物透湿透气性及断裂强力的变化。结果表明:所得含氟共聚乳液胶粒呈核壳结构,其粒径属于纳米级;经其整理的亚麻织物对水接触角可达130°,且织物断裂强力有所增加,透湿透气性略有降低。

Properties and application of fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer emulsion as finishing agent
Abstract:In order to explore the application effects of fluoropolymer on linen fabric, a fluorine?containing acrylate copolymer emulsion was prepared by semi?continuous seeded emulsion copolymerization using dodecafluloroheptry methacrylate ( G04 ) as modified monomer, butylacrylate ( BA ) and methylacrylate ( MMA) as soft and hard monomers, respectively, and acrylic acid as functional monomer; and it was applied to finishing linen fabric. Structure and properties of the product were characterized and analyzed by FT?IR, TEM, PSD and CA tester, respectively. Water and air permeability and breaking strength of the treated fabric were investigated. The results showed that the obtained fluorine?containing acrylate copolymer emulsion had a core?shell structure, and the microsphere size was at nanoscale. After the linen fabric was treated with the fluorine?containing copolymer, the contact angle to water was up to 130°, and the breaking strength of fabric was increased. The water and air permeability of fabric decreased slightly.
