木屑/粘胶纤维湿法非织造地膜的研制

摘    要:为改善土壤环境,减少塑料地膜造成的白色污染,采用湿法成网制备以造纸木屑和粘胶短纤维为原料的农用非织造地膜。对非织造地膜的外观形貌和表面结构进行表征,并对其力学性能、渗水性、降解性、透光性进行测试。结果表明:通过调节面密度、纤维混纺比及黏合剂浓度可制得性能良好的非织造地膜;结合40d土埋试验后,非织造地膜的降解率达到70%以上。通过湿法成网制得的地膜具备优良通透性,可有效改善作物生长环境。

Preparation of nonwoven mulch film from saw dust and viscose by wet laying
Abstract:In order to improve the soil environment and reduce the white pollution caused by plastic films, the agricultural nonwoven films were prepared from paper-making saw dust and viscose fiber by wet laying. The morphology and surface structure of the nonwoven film were characterized. The mechanical properties, water permeability, degradability and light transmittance of the films were tested. Results show that the agricultural nonwnven film with good performance can be prepared by adjusting the surface density, fiber blended ratio and nonwoven binder concentration. The degradation rate of nonwoven film reached above 70% after 40 d soil burial test. The mulch films prepared by wet laying have excellent permeability, which can effectively improve the crop's growth environment.
