硅磷杂化阻燃整理对羊毛结构与热稳定性能的影响

摘    要:为提高羊毛织物的阻燃整理效果,采用合成的硅磷杂化单体DDPSi-FR进行整理。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线粉末衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱与热重分析等方法,测定阻燃整理羊毛的表面形貌与元素含量、纤维结晶度、大分子特征红外吸收以及热稳定性能。结果表明:与未整理羊毛相比,在DDPSi-FR整理羊毛上,不仅检测出新增的磷与硅元素,而且氧元素的质量百分比提高达17%;整理羊毛的吸热降解质量损失率降低5.3%,成炭放热温度提高约30℃,800℃时热解残余炭量提高超过400%;经DDPSi-FR整理,羊毛的垂直燃烧损毁炭长降低55.9%,极限氧指数提高10.4%,并能耐受15次的标准水洗,达到装饰与防护阻燃织物的B1级标准。


Influence of flame retardant finishing with silicon-phosphorus hybridization on structure and thermal stability of wool
Abstract:In order to improve the flame retardant finishing effect of wool fabric,a silicon-phosphorus hybrid monomer DDPSi-FR was applied in the finishing.By means of scanning electron micro-scopy,X-ray diffraction,FT-infrared spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric analysis,the surface morphology,element content,fiber crystallinity,infrared absorption and thermal stability of finishing wool fiber were determined.The results show that,compared with the unfinished wool,the elements of phosphorus and silicon emerge in finished fiber,and the weight percentage of oxygen increases by 17%;the loss rate of endothermic degradation decreases by 5.3%,the exothermic temperature of char yield increases by about 30 ℃,and the residual amount of pyrolytic char increases by more than 400% at 800 ℃;and for wool after finishing with DDPSi-FR,the length of carbon loss is reduced by 55.9%,the limiting oxygen index is increased by 10.4%,and the standard washing durable times is 15,achieving the B1 level of decorative and protective flame retardant fabrics.
