摘    要:分析ER70S-6盘条的金相组织、夹杂物和气体元素含量,找出原生产工艺存在的问题,提出工艺改进措施:采用硅铝钡复合脱氧剂脱氧,低碳、低磷硅锰合金代替低碳锰铁合金化;准确控制成分,尽量避免LF炉大范围调整成分,提高钢水洁净度,w(S)控制在0.010%~0.020%;严格控制开轧温度(1 020~1 060℃)和吐丝温度...
