| 摘 要： | 摩擦材料包括金属基、树脂基和纤维基三大类摩擦材料。随着纤维复合材料技术的发展 ,树脂基摩擦材料将会被纸基材料代替。最新的纸基复合摩擦材料有比金属基材料更高的能量吸收能力和摩擦系数 ,较低的磨损率和较高的热稳定性。在未来几年内 ,纸基复合摩擦材料将会用于重载荷机动车辆

| Abstract: | The friction material for the brake system and transmission system of motor vehicle consists of metal_based material,resin_based material,and fiber_based material.With the development of fiber composite material,the resin_based friction material will be superseded by paper_based material.The newest paper_based composite friction material has a far higher energy absorption capacity than current metal_based material,a high friction coefficient,a low wear ratio,and high thermal stability.In the next few years,this paper_based composite friction material will be used for heavy duty application. |
