摘    要:综述了抗生素残留的来源、危害,以及检测抗生素残留的各种方法,包括微生物检测法、理化检验法、免疫法等,指出应用免疫法快速检测试剂盒或生物传感器是今后抗生素残留控制与监督的发展方向.

Abstract:The actuality of the source and hazard of antibiotic residues were reviewed. The microbial physiochemical and immune methods to test antibiotic residues were particularly summarized. The rapid test kit and biosensor for determination of the antibiotic residues were the direction of development.
