| 摘 要： | 为了科学地存储和管理科研数据，研究设计了基于网络数据库的科研数字信息管理系统。首先说明了建立科研信息管理系统的必要性，然后介绍了系统的总体设计以及系统关键问题的实现。该系统的建立，可以节约大量的存储空间和人力，实现了多种条件的查询、汇总、打印等功能，极大地提高了科研信息管理的办公效率。
