| 摘 要： | 学术期刊要求从业主体必须具备再造意识：外求意识、内求意识、培养人才的意识。再造意识是再造能力生成的内在动力,不断选择与科学研究主体合作是学术期刊从业主体再造能力持续增长的根本。学术期刊从业主体再造能力的发挥推动期刊质量的提升。期刊质量不断提升,有利于塑造学术期刊从业主体的社会形象。培养学术期刊从业主体的再造能力,是期刊质量提升的重要保障。
