丝毛织物结构与抗皱性能研究

摘    要:研究了不同混纺比和复合比的丝毛织物抗皱性能以及不同组织结构的丝毛织物与抗皱性的关系,又采用几种整理剂(改性氨基有机硅类、聚氨酯类树脂)对丝毛织物整理,测定整理后的织物的折皱回复性,吸湿性,耐磨性和白度等指标,对比了浸轧法和浸渍法加工效果。结果表明,几种树脂都能提高丝毛织物的折皱回复性,EMJ和VU整理的各项性能较优,浸轧法比浸渍法更有实用价值。

Abstract:Crease resist properties of silk/wool fabric with different blending ratio and composite ratio andsilk/wool fabrics with different structure are studied. And silk/wool fabric is finished with several finishing agents including modified amino silicones and PU resins. The wrinkle recovery,hydroscopic property,abrasire resistance,whiteness......etc. are determined and a comparison of the results between theimpregnating method and the immersion is made. It shows that all of the above resins can improve thewrinkle recovery properties of silk/wool fabric and the results with EMJ and VU finished are better.The impregnating method is more practical.
