| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了新型聚酯复合纤维PTT/PET的性能及其在新产品开发中的应用;阐述了PTT/PET复合纤维仿毛织物的特性;并以普通仿毛面料和纯毛面料为参照物,重点对PTT/PET复合长丝纤维仿毛织物的基本服用性能进行了测试.分析认为,PTT/PET复合长丝仿毛织物的柔软度与纯毛织物相似,且具有较好的弹性回复性和折皱回复性.这说明利用PTT/PET复合长丝设计的新型织物既符合仿毛面料的发展趋势,同时也满足消费者的需求.

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the properties of new polyester conjugated fiber PTT/PET and its application in wool fabrics. The properties of wool-like fabrics by the PTT/PET conjugated fiber were also illustrated in this thesis. Moreover, the clothing properties were tested and compared with those of common wool-llke fabric and pure wool fabric. The results showed that the PTT/PET conjugated fiber wool-like fabrics was similar to pure wool fabric in the sofmess, and had better properties of elastic recovery and wrinkle recovery. It gave out that using PTT/PET conjugated filament to design new product can meet the development trends of wool-like fabrics and the requirements of consumers. |
