| 摘 要： | 采用大戟狼毒(Radix euphorbiae Fischeriande)根乙醇提取物，制成0．3％大戟狼毒水剂。用0．3％大戟狼毒水剂原液和100倍液对甘蓝夜盗(Barathra brassicae L.)进行室内杀虫试验，杀虫率分别为100％、80％。用0．3％大戟狼毒水剂500—650倍液防治蔬菜桃蚜(Myrus persicae S．)，效果为90％-97％。利用大戟狼毒浸提残渣对蛴螬东北大黑鳃金龟幼虫(Holotrichia diomphalia Bates)]进行室内喂养杀虫试验，杀虫率为100％。

| Abstract: | 0.3%pesticide of Radix euphorbiae Fischerianae is made from extraction of root of Radix Euphorbiae Fischerianae with ethanol by dip.The death rate of Barathra brassicae L is 100% with 0.3% pesticide of Radix euphorbiae Fischerianae,80% of death rate with 100 times diluent of 0.3% pesticide of Radix euphorbiae Fischerianae within 7 days.The effect of controlling Myrus persicae S. is 90% to 97% with 650 to 500 times diluent of 0.3% pesticide of Radix euphorbiae Fischerianae in the trial.The death rate of Holotrichia diomphalia Bates is 100% with leavings of extraction of Radix euphorbiae Fischerianae within 5 days. |
