基于虚拟仪器的电液比例流星阀的特性分析

摘    要:在液压元件性能测试中,电液比例阀的测试比较困难,目前主要依靠人工检测,操作复杂,测试效率低,误差大。随着CAT技术的发展,液压测试技术与虚拟仪器技术的有效结合,促使液压测试技术有了很大的进步。由学校提供的项目资金对过去的手动测试试验台进行改造,完成了电液比例流量阀的特性分析。

Abstract:Among hydraulic component performance tests, it is comparatively difficult to test electro-hydraulic proportional valve.At present, it mainly depends on manual operation and the operating procedure is very complicated.Therefore it has the shortcomings of poor efficiency and low accuracy.The hydraulic testing technology has made great progress with the development of the CAT and the combination of the hydraulic testing and virtual instrument. We complete the performance analysis of the electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve by the change of the old testing rig with the fond of the university.
