快速响应客户需求的敏捷询单模型研究

询单是针对客户订单采用经营策略和生产策略相结合的方法来判断是否接单的过程。它不同于生成作业计划的订单排程,体现了快速响应客户需求,增加了企业对客户需求响应的敏捷性与快速性。本文提出由初选模型、排程订单确定模型、订单排程模型组成的询单处理框架,分别采用了个体约束与总体约束、总体约束与目标函数结合的方法确定最终接单的订单。最后举例说明模型的应用。

Research of a Model of Agile Inquire-order for Rapid Response to Customer's Need

The Inquire-order is a process,aiming at customer's order,adopting the methods of conducting strategy combining with producing strategy and judging whether to accept the order.It differs from the order scheduling that produces job scheduling and embodies rapid response to customer's need and advances enterprise's agility and rapidity in response to customer's need.The article proposes framework of processing of Inquire-order consisting of primary election model,scheduling order assurance model and order scheduling model,which adopts the methods of individual and total constraint combining with target function to ensure the order that is accepted finally.In the last we give an example to illustrate the application of the model.
