摘    要:常规管式换热器运行中受热面管壁温度常常低于烟气露点温度,容易产生露点腐蚀进而引起堵灰.针对此问题,提出利用热管来调节壁温的技术,降低烟气侧对流热阻,从而获得较高的壁温,有效防止换热器低温段的露点腐蚀和堵灰问题.

Abstract:For normal tube-type heat exchanges, corrosion occurs and ashes accumulate when the metal wall temperature of heated surface at the tail of boiler is under the dew point of fume. To solve this problem, heat-pipe technology was used to lower thermal resistance of gas side, thus got a higher metal wall temperature, which effectively prevent the low- temperature segment of heat exchanger to cause corrosion and ashes.
