| 摘 要： | 介绍了网版网印刷的各种工艺条件如印刷线路的设计、网印版的膜厚、刮印方向、刮刀行程、刮印压力及印刷面水平度等对陶瓷发热片热震性能的影响，为优化工艺参数，提供最佳工艺组合，获得优良抗热震性能的陶瓷发热片产品提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses a variety of screen printing process factors which influence the thermal shock resistance of the Alumna ceramic heater.For achieving excellent performance of the Alumna ceramic heater,the optimized process factors such as stencil thickness,squeegee direction,stroke and pressure,printing surface.flatness and their satisfactory composition are offered for reference. |
