食品复合包装袋中二氨基甲苯测定的研究

摘    要:本方法建立了毛细管柱气相色谱法测定食品复合包装袋中二氨基甲苯含量的检测方法。试样中二氨基甲苯用沸水浸出后,放冷,加三氟乙酸酐进行衍生化,浓缩定容后,用气相色谱仪(电子捕获检测器)测定,外标法定量。二氨基甲苯的浓度在0.001~0.1mg/L 范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为 Y=18985X+346.56(r=0.9994)。最低检出浓度为0.001mg/L,加标浓度为0.1~0.5mg/L 时,回收率在86.0%~96.3%之间,相对标准偏差为1.6%~9.8%。

The Study Of Determination For 2, 4-Diaminotoluene In Composite Laminated Food Packaging Bags
Abstract:A method for determination of 2,4-Diaminotoluene in composite laminated food packaging bags by capillary gas chromatography has been developed.The residue in the sample is soaked out in boiling water.The sultion is cooled down and then is derivated by trifluoroacetic anhydride.Condense the solution to nearly dry,and the residue is diluted to a certain volume.The final solution is determined by capillary gas chromatography-electronic capture detector.The quantitation is performed by external standard method.The standard curve of 2,4-Diaminotoluene shows good linearity in the concentration range of 0.001- 0.1 mg/L and the linear equeation is Y=18985X+346.56 (r=0.9994).The concentration of minimum detection limit for this method is 0.001 mg/L.While the blank samples are spiked with 2,4-Diaminotoluene of 0.1-0.5mg/L,the recoveries are between 86.0-96.3%.The relative standard deviation are 1.6-9.8%.
