电容式条干均匀度仪测试的注意事项

摘    要:电容式条干均匀度仪在不同试验室测试同一纱线时的检测结果会不相同,导致纱线贸易摩擦;试验室在应用GB/T3292.1-2008进行条干均匀度测试检验时,没有严格地按检测程序操作,忽略了一些细节对测试结果的影响,导致检验结果差异明显.引起电容式条干均匀度仪测量不确定度的因素很多,文章分析了试验室温湿度、纱条在电容极板中的不同位置和管纱与简纱的条干均匀度差异3因素对测试结果的影响.
