高质量浆纱切片的制作方法

切片制备是利用显微镜分析浆纱的重要步骤。基于对传统的手工制作浆纱切片技术的改进，探讨了高质量的浆纱切片制作方法。利用该方法不仅可获得薄而均匀的高质量浆纱切片，而且可防止浆纱变形，故大大提高了浆纱切片的切制成功率。该技术同样适合在其他的与显微技术有关的研究活动中制作纱线切片，如纱线原料鉴别、原料混纺比计算以及纱线结构分析等。

A method for making good quality cross-section of sized yarn

Cross-section preparation is an important preliminary step for analyzing sized yarn with microscope. A method for making good quality cross-section of sized yarn is presented in this paper based on the modification of traditional hand making technique of sized yam cross-sectioning. With this modified method, not only thin and uniform cross-section of sized yarn can be obtained but also shape distorted cross-section can be prevented, which results in more efficiency of cross-sectioning. Also, this method can be used to make yarn cross-section in the other activities related to microscopy techniques, such as raw material identification of yarn, fiber ratio determination of blended yarn, yarn structure analysis and so on.
