新型抗静电里料织物的设计与研究

摘    要:介绍了一种抗静电里料织物的设计要求与定位、织物的设计方案及设计过程,选用日本钟纺的一种导电纤维,并对开发的新型抗静电里料织物进行了产品性能测试,测试表明,新产品悬垂性良好,表面平滑、光洁,拉伸强力中等,撕裂强力中上,完全能够满足里料的服用要求,且具有极强的抗静电性能.

Abstract:In this paper are introduced the design requirement of an anti-static lining fabric,its design draft and procedure.A conductive fiber made by Japan kanebo is used.The performances of the newly-developed anti-static lining fabric is tested,which indicates its good drape,smooth surface,mid-level tensile strength and mid-level bursting strength.The anti-static property of the lining fabric fully meets the demands as garment material.
