| 摘 要： | 介绍了纯Coolmax纱的结构特点、性能及上浆要求，通过选择合适的浆料配方、制定优化的上浆工艺较好地解决了该纱上浆难、退浆难的问题，并实现了完全无PVA上浆。

| Abstract: | The structure, performance and sizing requirement of pure Coolmax yarn are introduced in this paper. And the problems in its sizing and desizing processes have been solved by choosing suitable sizing mixture formula and excellent sizing technology, thus realized its sizing with no PVA. |
