阳离子乳化石蜡胶中性和碱性施胶的研究

摘    要:研究结果表明:阳离子乳化石蜡胶(CEWS)可在酸性至碱性下施胶,虽然浆料上网的pH植对其施胶有一定的影响,但在pH5.5~10.0范围内,均能获得满意的施胶度。先加CEWS,后加填料的施胶度比先加填料后加CEWS的高。当CEWS用于中性施胶时,与松香胶的酸性施胶相比,施胶度、细小纤维和总纤维的单程留着率均有较大的提高。使用CEWS施胶,不加任何铝离子沉淀剂和其他助剂,也能获得满意的施胶度。

Abstract:The experimental results show that the cationic emulsified wax size(CEWS) can be used for sizing at PH 5. 5-10. 0. The CEWS has higher sizing efficiency and better retention rate than conventional rosin acid sizing system. It's sizing efficiency is 2. 5 times as high as the conventional rosin acid sizing system on the same dosage.The total and fines retention rates obviously increase by 21. 98% and 48. 31 % respectively in contrast to rosin sizing system. Without any additives, the CEWS still has very good sizing efficiency. The factors affecting CEWS neutral sizing efficiency such as sizing PH, additives, fillers and adding sequence were studied.
