| 摘 要： | 介绍了制浆造纸碱回收过程中蒸发器钙结垢的分类及其来源,阐述了钙结垢形成的机理及其影响钙结垢形成的因素。探讨了钙结垢在碱回收过程中的产生和对安全生产的影响,介绍了控制和减少碱回收过程中蒸发器钙结垢的几种方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the origin and classification of evaporator calcium scaling were introduced. The formation mechanism and influencing factors of calcium scaling were described. The formation of calcium scaling and its influence on the production safety were also discussed. The solutions of control and reduction of evaporator calcium scaling during alkali recovery process were presented. |
