摘    要:用离子色谱法(IC)、X射线荧光光谱法(XRFS)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)分别测定黑液中的硫含量.测定方法:30%H2O2氧化黑液用于IC分析;直接稀释黑液用于XRFS分析;加浓HNO3或30% H2O2用湿燃烧法氧化黑液用于ICP-MS分析.这3种方法分析所得结果非常接近,而传统重量分析法测定结果比上述3种方法高出4%.

Abstract:The total sulfur content in black liquor was determined by three different methods: IC,XRFS and ICP-MS.The methods involved oxidation with H_2O_2 (30% by weight) for IC analysis,dilution of the black liquor with MQ-water for XRFS determination;oxidation with H_2O_2(30% by weight) or concentrated HNO_3 by wet combustion for ICP-MS analysis.The results obtained by IC,XRFS and ICP-MS agreed well with each other,while the result of gravimetric analysis was about 4% higher.The difference was probably mainly attributable to the sulfate formed in the treatment from the various sulfur compounds that were in the black liquor.
