| Abstract: | This paper covers the updated developments of the moisture measurement and control of the sheet at the press section of a paper machine and focuses on optimization and diagnostic tool for press process.The factors which influence the dewatering efficiency at the press section are discussed.The WebQ P moisture scanner which is extendable to fit various machine width for temporarily machine tuning is introduced. |
