摘    要:建立了邻二氮菲—铁(Ⅲ)分光光度法测定板栗刺壳中单宁含量的方法。单宁可将铁(Ⅲ)定量还原成铁(Ⅱ),邻二氮菲可与铁(Ⅱ)形成络合物,在510nm处测定显色液的吸光度确定单宁的含量。以单宁酸为标样,单宁量在0.4~2.0mg/mL范围内,服从比耳定律,得标准曲线Y=0.3128X+0.1677,相关系数R2为0.9958。

Abstract:The phenanthroline-Fe(Ⅲ) spectrophotometry measuring method of tannin content in chestnut shell thorns was established.Fe(Ⅲ) was reduced into Fe(Ⅱ) by tannin,phenanthroline can form complex compound with Fe(Ⅱ),whose absorbance can be measured at 520 nm to determine the tannin concentration.With tannic acid as the standard sample,Beer’s Law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0.4-2.0 mg/mL of tannin,the correlation coefficient is 0.9958 and the regression equation Y = 0.3128X + 0.1677.
