防静电无尘服装面料性能的评价与选择

摘    要:防静电无尘服装面料的选择对防静电无尘服装而言至关重要,它直接决定了该服装生产和使用的安全性。文章通过防静电无尘服装用面料的种类、性能指标以及评价标准,对该功能性面料做了全面而系统的介绍。对不同的防静电无尘面料和普通面料进行了常规性能、ESD性能和防尘性能的测试,分析得出影响织物防静电无尘性能的因素,以及各个因素之间的相互关系。最终提出了评价和选择防静电无尘服装面料的要点,为企业进行防静电无尘服装设计与生产提供了参考。

Abstract:The selection of fabric is very important for the anti-static and clean room clothing. It definitely determines the feasibility of the next manufacture process and the safety of the clothing. Varieties, performance indexes and evaluation criterions of the anti-static and clean room fabric are introduced in this paper. The fabric samples are selected for the measurements of air permeability, ESD performance and particle prevention performance. After analyzing the testing data, the influencing factors are obtained for the anti-static and non-particle performance of fabric, the correlation of all the factors is also found. The key points to evaluate and to select the anti-static and clean room fabric are given out for the references of the enterprises and research institutes which design, manufacture and test this kind of clothing.
