小麦制粉过程中物料纯化技术研究

摘    要:针对食品专用粉的要求,以及国内制粉工艺的发展趋势,论述了皮磨系统细料处理、强化清粉、同质合并等新技术.研究结果表明,通过强化物料分级和物料纯化技术的使用,提纯了心磨系统物料,加大了粉流质量差异,提高了小麦粉的质量和食用品质.

Abstract:According to the requirements of tailored wheat flour and the development of the domestic milling technology,fine material processing in break system,enforced purification,close materials combination and other new technology were included in the research.The results showed that: by strengthening the use of stock grading and purification technology,the materials were purified and differentiated in reduction system,so the quality of wheat flour and eating quality were improved.
